    Options Autism are recruiting Children's Care Workers to join our team at The Shires in Stretton, Rutland.. Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.

    Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure. Working in a residential environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

    The Shires is a nine bed registered Children's home. We support Children and Young People from the ages of 11 - 19 years build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.

    This home is based in Stretton and is within commuting distance from Peterborough, Grantham and Melton Mowbray., Options Autism is part of Outcomes First Group. We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults. All successful applicants will be subject to a free fully Enhanced DBS and reimbursement of the Update Service Fee.
