Full Job Description

Main Duties will include:

Complete the EROSTER in a timely manner/ be able to update as required.

Allocate staff to clinics/lunches

Allocating rooms to Consultants/doctors/CNS's and updating Book wise as required

Have an understanding of hospital Policies.

Complete Return to Work meetings.

Complete sickness meetings.

Complete Staff Appraisals.

Complete Audits in a timely manner.

Manage Complaints.

Manage staff disputes.

Liaise with ambulance control/A&E and wards.

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic enthusiastic and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a band 5.

No clinic experience is required as training will be provided., Good communication skills.

University Hospitals Birmingham is a Smoke-Free premises hospital.

ENT Outpatients is a very busy department and has a range of different clinics within the ENT speciality (from head and neck cancer clinics/TNE clinics/ paediatric clinics), There are also nurse led micro-suction clinics and triaging the emergence clinic (full training available).
