Full Job Description

  • Hands on in your support of our technicians, fitters, mechanics, and MOT testers in the workshop

  • Have Team Leader experience and be able to mentor the team

  • Ensure a fantastic customer experience whilst driving sales

  • Interact with customers at the reception and over the phone

  • Carry out administration duties including updating the stock system, reconciling cash/credit sales, and ensuring work practices & quality procedures are being followed

  • Reinforcing Company policies, standards, and H&S regulations

  • Be part of setting objectives for the team and manage their performance and bonus earnings

    • The Stamford branch offers a wide range of services from Tyre fitting, MOT Testing to full servicing and repair work. Due to high demand, we are currently looking for a Centre Manager.
