Assistant Raw Material Buyer

Crown Milling, part of the successful Cranswick PLC., is currently seeking an Assistant Raw Material Buyer who will be responsible for the overall administration of the raw material procurement function within the Feed Mill.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Main duties include:

• Maintaining and reconciling customer raw material books and contracts on the system


• Assist in the pricing of finished feeds for customers


• Ensure raw material claims are dealt with and invoiced accordingly


• Ensuring the Feed Mill has sufficient raw materials within budget
  
  Enthusiastic and positive attitude


• Always willing to challenge the status quo


• An eye for detail and a natural aptitude with numbers


• Ideally a background in agriculture (not essential but a keen interest will help you excel in this role)


• Willingness to study CIPS course with support from the business
  
  Salary - £26000 - £32000 DOE
