Assistant Manager

Supporting the Branch Manager with the overall running of the store, you will also be responsible for:

• Coaching and developing team members.


• Driving sales and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.


• Meeting day-to-day operational deadlines such as stock, wage management, visual merchandising and end-of-day reconciliation.


This Assistant Manager role will work Sunday-Thursday.

Ideally, you will have worked in a management or supervisory role and have at least 2 years of experience in retail.

You will also have:

• A genuine interest in fashion and a career in retail!


• A proven history of leadership as you will be training and developing the team to achieve sales KPIs.


• Strong organisational and admin skills as you will manage rostering, stock management, loss prevention, and upholding store presentation standards.


• Amazing communication skills to connect with our customers and achieve sales targets.
