Area Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Farms Area Manager to join our business in the Spadling Lincolnshire region being responsible for a group of farms in this area.,

• Supporting and managing the farm teams in the day to day running of the farms to rear Turkey primarily and also small number of broilers.


• A passion for inspiring and developing your teams


• A desire to continually drive your area's performance


• Ensuring all aspects of running the farms are met while ensuring you and the teams maintain safe working practices


• Ensuring the welfare and biosecurity of the birds is maintained at all times


• Having a good attitude and being reliable
