Full Job Description

  • Assisting commercial agents with sales and lettings of commercial property. Includes carrying out viewings, preparing marketing material and property inspections

  • Property Management and valuation assistance

  • Taking enquiries about properties and adding and managing applicant data as well as property data, This will involve travelling to and from the office to properties, so a driving license and car is required.

    Chartered surveyor standard.


  • Apprentices will be required to complete a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited BSc/BSc(Honours) or (where the apprentice already holds a Level 6 degree and subject to an assessment of prior learning) an RICS accredited Post Graduate Diploma or MSc that states it is linked to this apprenticeship.

    Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End-Point Assessment., Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 2) Essential
    GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 2) Essential
