Full Job Description

As an App Delivery Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Packaging software applications for delivery through AppsAnywhere.

  • Keeping customers up to date with their requests and support tickets.

  • Using scripting languages to develop and maintain automation script.

  • Researching and understanding software licence mechanisms.

  • Supporting customers with the packaging of software applications.

  • Responding to helpdesk tickets and supporting our customers across the UK and the rest of the world.

  • Ensuring client satisfaction through the timely delivery of solutions.

  • Contributing to our knowledge base and online community.

  • Supporting clients throughout their journey to deliver an awesome student experience!

  • Collaborating with AppsAnywhere colleagues across Europe and North America.

    Superior people skills; a team-oriented, fast learner, and personable

  • Logical and systematic problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in IT, Computing, or a related subject

  • Application packaging/deployment

  • Experience with Programming Languages e.g., Java, JavaScript, PHP, C#, C++, SQL


  • Desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL databases

  • Experience in an IT Service Desk Role, Bachelor's (preferred)

    The role will be hybrid with 2 days in our awesome Sherburn-in-Elmet office (which used to be a pub! FYI - we have kept the bar for our regular social evenings/events) during normal office hours and 3 days remote.
