Full Job Description
- Provide quotations for New Business and Renewals
- Act as a referral point for Branch Assistants
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to ensure retention and maximize sales targets
- Adhere to underwriting authority limits and procedure manual
- Calculate New Business premiums accurately
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions
- Address queries and complaints promptly and efficiently
Minimum 1 year of experience in broking or underwriting environment - Proficiency in windows-based programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- Excellent communication skills: written and oral
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Articulate and numerate
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
