Accommodation Night Worker- Part Time

As an Accommodation Night Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and premises during night hours. Your responsibilities will include direct client interaction, managing challenging behavior with a positive approach, and maintaining a supportive environment for our residents., YMCA Trinity Group is committed to safer recruitment practices and will facilitate criminal record background checks for successful candidates. Central Location: Conveniently situated in the heart of Peterborough by with easy access to public transport and free onsite parking (subject to available parking spaces)

Days and hours: Contracted to work 20 hours a week, working on a rota basis: 4 days on and 4 days off, 10 pm - 3 am with weekends and public holidays included in the shift rota.
