Full Job Description

We're looking for a Co-ordinator to support the Primary & Community Care Academy team in the delivery of its Business plan. This exciting role will include administration duties such as coordinating meetings, occasional minute taking, arranging training venues and attendee lists.
The Primary & Community Care Academy: Established in 2019 with the ambition to develop the multi-disciplinary model across north Wales. The Academy has recently had a large investment from the Heath Board to provide funding to sustain, expand and further develop the Academy., The Role & Responsibilities: This exciting role is focused on leading the administrative functions of the Academy, responsibilities will include;
+ Providing efficient, accurate and prompt administrative support
+ Support Line manager with managing the Academy's Social Media pages
+ Manage the Academy Inbox
+ Establish and maintain the electronic diary & website booking system

+ NVQ Level 4 in Administration or equivalent/experience
+ Experience of administering meetings and diaries
+ Excellent planning and prioritisation skills

Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 1,2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12 per hour - £23,465 per annum. This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2024/25 is confirmed
